Download my data (GDPR Art. 15 + 20)

Receive a full copy of your data as a JSON file. The file contains:

Your profile (name, phone, email, ID documents)
Ride history (addresses, dates, amounts)
KYC documents and payments
Notifications and preferences

Rectify my data (GDPR Art. 16)

Edit your personal information from your profile page. Changing your phone number requires an ID + selfie verification.

Delete my account (GDPR Art. 17)

Deletion anonymizes your personal data permanently. Accounting records (invoices, payments) are retained for 10 years per the Tunisian commercial code.
